fine views but breakfast could improve
Staying here was nice, thanks to the amazing view of the Matterhorn from our Charme Double Room with Matterhorn View. The staff were attentive. The entrance to the hotel is captivating and sets a luxurious tone right from the start.
The breakfast offerings were average and did not meet the high standards set by other aspects of our stay.

Stunning and wonderful position, I loved staying in this place.
The room was great-sized, especially a magnificent view of the town from the window. A sitting area, a study table, and a radio worked well. The service was good, it had a very nice outdoor restaurant.

Everything was wonderful, had a great stay for a most memorable vacation. The location was marvellous, conveniently close to ski lifts, convenient to go everywhere.

Very good location and beautiful view from the sun terrace, the breakfast room and the whirlpool are great.
Rooms rather small and somewhat outdated. Spa area could be more diverse.

This place was a commendable fit for a getaway in Zermatt, great value for the money. The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed . Make sure to enjoy the views from the terrace as they are fine.

This hotel is great, and has excellent wi-fi, a cute bar lounge, and a relaxing jacuzzi. I remember how staff helped me return my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend for a romantic escape!

Breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is top!
Communication at the reception didn't always work right away. But it was always good! The spa area is not quite ideal with the swimming pool on the other side of the street.

Exceptional location: on the top of the hill with a tunnel lift, close to the city centre, close to the Sunegga Railway, great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff.
